Ligbit ("we", "us") runs daily browser games at ligbit.com. This policy explains the information involved when you use the site and how to contact us about it.
What we store
The game keeps your daily progress, streak, theme and consent preference in your browser's local storage. This game data stays on your device and is not sent to Ligbit by the game. Clearing the site's browser storage removes it. No account is needed to play the daily games.
If you create an account for Ligbit Unlimited, we store your email address, account identifier, sign-in and session records, checkout references, and the Paddle customer and subscription identifiers and status needed to provide access. One-time sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and cannot be reused. We do not store account passwords.
When your browser requests the site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser details and security signals to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose problems. Resend processes an email address to deliver requested sign-in codes. Paddle processes checkout, payment, tax, customer and subscription information as merchant of record. Google receives technical request information when your browser loads our web fonts. These providers handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Information we do not collect
We do not require an email address for the free daily games. Ligbit does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes; Paddle collects payment details in its checkout. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the site currently has no advertising or analytics scripts. If those features change, we will update this notice and provide the choices required by applicable law before enabling optional tracking.
Cookies & similar technologies
The game uses local storage for play and settings. When you sign in, Ligbit sets a strictly necessary, secure session cookie so the site can recognize your account. It currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies. You can review and change your optional storage preference through . See our Cookie Policy.
Legal bases (EU/UK)
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we process account and subscription information to provide the service you request and rely on legitimate interests to deliver and secure the site. We rely on consent for optional storage where required. Storage needed to provide the requested game, account session or privacy choice may be exempt from cookie consent requirements. You can withdraw an optional preference at any time in Cookie settings.
Retention
We keep account and subscription records while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, accounting and legal obligations. Expired sign-in challenges and sessions are periodically removed. You may request account deletion by contacting us; some transaction records may need to be retained by Paddle or by us where law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain your personal information, object to or restrict processing, and appeal or complain to a regulator. You can remove locally stored game data in your browser settings. Contact us about other requests. We may need information to verify a request involving hosting records.
Children
Ligbit is a general-audience game. Children should not create a paid account without permission from a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect account information from children where parental consent is required.
International users
Cloudflare, Resend, Paddle and Google may process information in countries outside your own. Their applicable transfer safeguards and privacy terms govern that processing.

By playing Ligbit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
The game
Ligbit is provided for entertainment. We may change, pause, or discontinue puzzles or features at any time, and daily content may occasionally contain errors.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for misuse, scrape at scale, or interfere with other players' use of the game.
Intellectual property
The Ligbit name, design, and original content are ours. Geographic and reference data are derived from open datasets under their respective licenses. You may share your daily result grids freely.
Paid features
Ligbit Unlimited is an automatically renewing subscription offered with monthly or yearly billing. The price, tax, renewal date, payment methods, cancellation terms, refund terms and any statutory withdrawal rights are shown in Paddle Checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes payment. Unlimited access is attached to the signed-in Ligbit account after Ligbit receives a verified payment or subscription event from Paddle. Access normally continues through a paid period after a scheduled cancellation and ends when the subscription becomes canceled or paused. Contact us if your Paddle receipt and Ligbit access do not match.
Disclaimers & liability
The game is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under your local consumer law.

Analytics & advertising (off by default)
Ligbit does not currently load analytics or advertising scripts or cookies. The Accept and Reject buttons save a preference only; they do not turn on tracking or disable the account session cookie required after sign-in. If we introduce optional technologies, we will update this list and ask for a new choice where required before loading them. You can change your current preference through .
Managing cookies
You can clear local storage and block cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so will reset your game progress.
